They have a decent range of ice-creams and other deserts. Their chocolate products are great. But they usually have only two people at the counter who aren't very quick with their service. So if it's the weekend, you will need to wait a bit. Some of their products make excellent gifts. What I am disappointed about is none are discounted.

I have been here a couple of times. Ice cream is good as well as their truffles. Recently I went and the shop was closed during the day for a while. Sign said be back at 5pm but I was waiting from 445pm to almost 530pm I decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Appreciate the many questions the person was able to answer in a friendly way. Chocolate was of course delicious, and the place was VERY clean. No complaints, will return! 🙂

I walked into the store looking for their sugar free chocolates. I walked the entire store and looked at everything. I thought about asking the young kid behind the counter but decided I did not want to make him put his feet down and stand up or even put his phone down and miss what was so important that he couldn’t greet customers when they walk in or be available for questions. The available stock is slim pickings and not much labeled. The staff member was not very friendly, has poor customer service and it seemed that he didn’t want to be there. The only saving grace is my wife went back in on her own and ordered ice cream which she loves.

They had no ice cream options, the service was incredibly bad, the woman working there did not care about assisting anyone...drive the extra 23 mins to the one in Barrie. The worst part is I brought my son here yesterday, and they closed 10 minutes early...get it together

They sold me chocolate with rancid nuts, would not recommend buying anything that could expire from this store as if that item was old/rancid, others likely are as well...

The employees and store itself are fine however, my only issue is with the products.
