Absolutely amazing customer service. We had some unauthorized charges to an account and we didn't know what email it was under. When I contacted LeadDelta we received an response back almost immediately (like within 3 minutes max) and they were able to help us figure out the issue and solve the problem. I can't vouch for the actual service they provide, but I can let you know the customer service that I experienced is top-notch, 20 stars out of 5 stars for sure. Because to go from "Hey I have a problem" to "problem resolved" in probably a span of 5 minutes is amazing. I cannot recommend the customer service team enough. Seriously, hunting down all these rogue charges has been a headache, so having such a great team like this really made my day.

This is a great tool. I used it for removing my LinkedIn connections in batch. It saved tons of my time. Great customer service. To use the tool, I paid for the monthly subscription, then I used it only for 2 days because it has already helped me get the job done. Then when I tried to cancel the subscription, I made a mistake and bought the annual subscription. After describing the issue to customer service Ellen, she not only refunded me the annual subscription fee that I didn't intend to buy but also for the unused time in the monthly subscription fee. Thank you!

Product is in its infancy and its probably better advertised as a beta rather than a fully operational suite. First it needs to synch all of your contacts (in my case over 5200) but only does 100 at a time before you can really use the software. So about 52 days before the software is even fully functional. Next, the inbox can let you tag certain people but then doesn't filter those tags without doing a full reload of the inbox (meaning having to refresh the entire inbox) every time. Meanwhile, the trial ends in 10 days and I can't get any answers from tech support on why despite tagging 170 contacts in the inbox a certain way, i can't pull them on a filtered list. I'll retry this in another 6 months to a year when they secure their next round of funding and perhaps get some critical bugs fixed. It's the right idea.

Useless. It's just a layer over your LinkedIn network with some basic visualizations and a message automation tool. Definitely not worth the money. There are much better tools if you need LinkedIn automation/dashboarding. Hyped.
