I have had the worst experience with this business. I bought my planner from a store last year and this year, I decided to order direct from them to have it monogrammed. I placed my order. A few days later I get an email the planner and one I ordered were sold out (yet they sent out the refill for pen and pen holder). They email me alternatives. It has to be a certain size to fit in my bag so I replaced with the 18 month calendar and chose to wait 4 months for the pen. All of this took weeks. No one answers the phone and emails come every few days. I finally get the planner and it’s the wrong size!!!! I call, no answer. They have not returned any of my calls. I left a note on their instagram. They claim they dm’d me but never did. I emailed them and waiting again. I am so disappointed as I love the product but they have by far the worst communication and customer service I have ever experienced! Beware. I will update this review to let you know how this story ends.

Update: no they say they are sold out of the planner and offered me a refund. The refund still has not come through. Not even pending on my credit card. This has been the biggest waste of my time and I stand behind worst customer service. I will update and let you know how this refund works out.
