I have been constantly disappointed with take out while I was in Corner Brook and yesterday I went to Lisa's Roadside and got a chicken wrap. That wrap was delicious and hit the spot! The service was incredibly kind! I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good meal in Burgeo

My buddy had told me about the fried chicken many times, finally tried it today and wasn't disappointed at all. Freakin amazing. Will be back for sure. Not to mention I ordered from the ferry when leaving Ramea and it was hot and ready when I got to Burgeo. Kudos

I walked into this restaurant and asked to see a menu for takeout and was told no takeout. I assumed out of takeout plates or box’s. So I said ok I guess we’re eating in. Ordered food and waited. At least 7-8 take out orders were picked up while we were there. I asked for ice never got it. Anyway the food came and chicken pieces were ok. The breast was battery but the legs were slimy. Anyway I was already stewing over the take out, went to the cash for bill. No bill was given they rang it up and I was thinking that’s not right. Left and realized I was over charged my bill should have been $35.65 and I was charged $38.85. Anyway overall the food was ok but I wanted takeout and I always want a bill to look at. I wouldn’t have gotten ripped off had I seen it. I will never go back
