We used Littlehart for our remote cottage build. Bruce and Devin were with us from day 1. They patiently walked the property with us numerous times until we developed a complete plan for our roadway, cottage location and septic. Communication was excellent throughout, and the associated costs were fair and on budget. We will not hesitate to call on the Littlehart crew when there’s need for more heavy lifting.

We have used Littlehart construction for a variety of projects both at our old home and for our current new build home. Bruce and Devin did an excellent job, both professionally and technically, with both septic system installs we have used them for as well as installing a new driveway and digging a hole for our foundation. They clearly understood our needs and provided solutions that were both efficient and cost-effective as we encountered unexpected clay and required a significant amount of sand and top soil brought in. We are very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use them for future projects.
