I have had the pleasure of using Logictech dental software for over 25 years. The support staff are amazing and always very helpful. Great training session with Mike as our office goes paperless. Shout out to Mike, Steve and Sandro for all the help over the years.

I had my first training session with Mike via zoom. Was great! From someone just entering the dental world with next to no knowledge on this program he definitely helped by repeating each step at least twice asked after every step if we needed a repeat again or if we were good to move on. When I first saw paradigm I thought it looked confusing but they make it so easy and the navigation is super user friendly and simple to get the hang of where everything is. I love how there is more then one way to do the same action in this program !! Mike was very polite and made the steps as easy as possible. Our session ran a bit late as he stayed to answer all of our questions which is amazing ! I would definitely recommend Logic Tech Corp !

Recently completed logic tech software training on zoom and found it to be very informative. The instructor Mike was very thorough and repeated each function at least twice which for myself made it a better learning experience. Would definitely recommend logic tech training.

I had my training last Wednesday hosted by Mike. He is incredibly good and very patient to answered all our questions. It was very informative, very effective and help my job easier than before. I will highly recommend Logitech and Paradigm software. I'm looking forward for another training and my Dentist want to go as well. JOY

The best customer care service I have seen for a dental software.Their technical persons are always for help & available even on Saturdays. Moreover they guide me well that i learnt many tips & tricks in paradigm through them. They are economical & offer all basic services. The training sessions by Steve were also informative. Highly recommend to any dental office looking for a good scheduling software.

I took Level 1 training today with Steve via Zoom. He was clear, helpful, shared his practical examples with the doctors and insurance companies and answered any questions we had👍. I would recommend them for training. It will be my first time using this software, so hopefully the learning curve will be short!
