This organization does not follow the official guidelines provided by the Ontario government. Despite following all the rules outlined on the official Ontario government website, I was told that I missed eligibility checks that were never clearly communicated. They are making up their own rules instead of adhering to the standard procedures set by the province.

When I reached out for clarification, the response was unprofessional and dismissive, with no effort to assist or provide useful information. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with an organization that is supposed to support businesses but instead creates confusion and fails to communicate clearly. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and transparency. This is not the service or support that should be expected from a government-backed program.
