I have been with this company for years and they are not worth the $$ at all. No customer care what so ever. They will auto renew your contract and set it in a month before renewal with no customer calls to even talk about contract. I would highly recommend other companies as there are some appearing now for a fraction of the cost. Very hard to get a hold of account reps as well.

"This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, they doubled my price without any notice. They falsely claimed I was under contract when nothing was ever signed. Customer service is appalling — rude, unhelpful, and evasive. It’s no surprise so many brokerages are leaving this provider. For the outrageous amount they charge, you get almost nothing of value. Please, do yourself a favour: shop around. There are far better companies out there for a fraction of the cost and with much better service."

First off: THERE ARE WAY BETTER WEBSITE SERVICES FOR 3-5X LESS THAN WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU.

We just switched over our real estate offices website & CRM from a product serviced by Lonewolf Technologies. It is NOT user friendly at all on the back end, and before our provider switched to Lone Wolf it was a much better experience. Additionally their staff helpful . My company actually just SAVED money on a better website with the same capabilities (that is way more user friendly) , a New CRM, and a marketing team. It is somehow still less than money than we were spending on this bad product.

Also, if you are thinking of canceling, do it NOW. The team for Account Services will respond once a day max and it is 30 days to cancel. But of-course, they will call you / email you daily if you need to update your card information, but never for anything helpful.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! I have paid for Authentisign for years and never had to contact customer support
.but when I did
what a joke. I was told by tech support they’d look into my issue and get back to me. Not only did they NEVER get back to me, but when I called back for an update, they had made no record of my issue! I then asked for a manager to contact me and never heard back. I called sales (basically any option to get a real person) and nothing! So I left a message explaining the situation and asked for a solution, a call back, a refund
.anything! Guess what happened next? That’s right, NOTHING! No one bothered. The issue still exists and I can’t even use the signing program I PAY for! If you’re considering this company to assist with business needs
.RUN AWAY!!!! They truly couldn’t care less once they have your money.

We have been emailing this company that we have suspended our brokerage operations and we do not require the service but no prompt response from anyone. They all say we will look in to the matter. They are raising the invoices since last 5 months and we have over 100 email trails and we still don’t have right answer.

Their accounts receivable department says you have to pay all the invoices and they will see if they can refund anything.

Horrible customer service experience. THE PROBLEM IS STILL ONGOING. Anyone care about reviews and interested to resolve this issue please contact.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Level one appears completely untrained in Webforms, level 2 is virtually inaccessidble, and completely indifferent if you do get through and there is no other channel to pursue for help. The publicly listed phone number for their Cambridge office must be a sham - -no one picks up and none of the numbered options connects to anything but a recording saying that someone will get back to you within 48 BUSINESS hours! How any company is able to get away with this level of "service" is beyond me.

Awful experience. I was primarily looking to use TransactionDesk as a way of using e-signature. Little did I know that was a stand alone product that could have been purchased for a fraction of a single month of the product they informed me I needed. Circumstances changed for me and they had zero interest in even offering any options -- simply I can pay the entirety of what is owed or they can continue taking monthly installments. They simply do not care about listening to the needs of their customers up front, and do not care if your circumstances change. They will also stick you with a 24 month agreement. Do yourself a favor and look for other solutions.

As a past owner of a RE/MAX office I was in charge of all the bookkeeping responsibilities and found LoneWolf to be a lifesaver. It produced all pertinent reports or if it didn't have what we needed the staff would help us create a unique report. It tracked and calculated pretty much anything we needed to help us and our agents analyze business. I would highly recommend the product and especially the staff that provided the technical and customer service - excellent!
