This has been several times now that Loyalty Forge has sent out info about an upstream problem, diagnosis, best solutions, expected issues and expected timeline to resolution.
I have never before dealt with a company that is so proactive they tell ME when others have reported a problem, they've investigated, and here's what I should expect and what to do. With other companies I always have had to track down support and ask, and they always seem surprised, try to suggest it's my equipment, etc.
I am so impressed with the service Loyalty Forge offers its customers even when the problem originates upstream.
