I recently visited the LP location in Fort St. John, BC to pick up a load. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite being a large location, the pickup process was inefficient and time-consuming.

As a driver, I expect more from LP. The current process requires each driver to wait in line for 4-5 hours, only to spend another 3-4 hours getting loaded, strapped, and tarped.

To improve the experience, I suggest implementing separate tarping stations to streamline the process. This would significantly reduce wait times and make the overall experience more efficient.

Until then, I hope LP takes driver feedback seriously and makes necessary changes to improve their services.
