What a pleasant experience! I’ve driven by this gem many times without understanding the scope of their services. My iPhone 11 stopped connecting to the internet today. I was able to book an appointment online. Within 30 minutes of booking the appointment, I was headed out of the store with my phone back in working order and for no charge. What a great in-person service opportunity. I will definitely buy my next Apple product through the Mac Outpost.

I called about my Mac book air screen being glitched after I dropped my laptop. I was quoted around $600 plus for a new screen and an additional fee for installation that would bring me closer to $850 if not more. They said they were being transparent about the price to fix it. I get that your a business trying to make a profit but damn am I lucky that my boyfriend knew that was outrageous or id of fallen for it. Ordered a replacement screen for $300 on amazon & got a friend to switch it for $20. Took him 20 minutes. Laptops brand new. What a profit margin you guys are making huh? Seems a little outrageous.

Be careful people. Call around before going here.

I have purchased Mac products from Mac Outpost since 2011. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. As a member of the Oakridge Optimist Club, we were in need of a laptop for our trivia night at the last minute. Peter and his team came to the rescue with a short term rental at no cost. The staff are friendly and efficient. I went in with a very old iPad that was frozen and they were still able to fix it. Mac Outpost is a great alternative to the apple store in Masonville, especially if you live in the south end of London!

I understand they didn’t sell me the phone or warranty.

I brought in my iPhone 12 which was replaced about 90 days previous by Apple care. I initially purchased Apple care and apple care did replace my phone. However my replacement phone stopped working just after the 90 day warranty and I ended my Apple care. Mac outpost claimed to be sympathetic and said they would attempt to have Apple replace or fix the phone free of charge. They were unsuccessful because it was out of warranty.

They did not try to contact me. After 6 weeks of no contact I sent them an email inquiring the status. They claim to have sent a voicemail the same day as I dropped off my phone. Even if they had, why didn’t they follow up with no response? So not only were they not able to help, or even just do nothing. They lied and wasted my time. All I asked for was to show good faith and offer a free diagnosis for my phone. This business doesn’t care about customers or their terrible experience with Apple products. They did however offer me 75 dollars off one of their products. Instead of a free diagnosis. No thank you. Never again.
