I had a great and amazing service! My MacBook screen was cracked in the beginning of my school semester; it was a horrible situation ever since I had lots of things to do with my laptop at that time. The reason I chose this company was that not only could I get a repair in less than 20 minutes, not 1-2 weeks like other places, but also at a reasonable price. I do appreciate her for saving my time, money, and life!!

Great service, best price in town. What I really appreciated was the detailed explanation of the issue, how it was fixed, and how to avoid it.
Although I hope not to have to repair my devices again, when I need to I know just where I’ll be taking them. Referring friends and family as well.

My laptop died on me on the 30th of December 2024. I was devastated as I rely heavily on it for work and it's the only one I have. I knew it was the battery, and finding anyone that could replace it during the holidays was nearly impossible. I found this shop, called them on the December 30th around 4pm, they were able to get a new battery and replace it for me in less than 24h. I picked it up the next day! I was blown away with the speed and quality of service. Five stars is not enough, they saved me during a very important time of year. Thank you! And highly recommend it!

So happy with MacBook Repair Ottawa's service. Fast response and acceptance of repair. Turn around time was much faster than what was quoted. Quality of service was amazing, Rene was communicative throughout the whole process, was able to take in my product on short notice and explained what was wrong with it. I came to Rene to replace the battery in my MacBook Pro and received impeccable service at a great price. Within minutes of my call, she had ordered the battery and let me know upfront the cost of the service, with no hidden fees whatsoever. The battery came in quickly and I was only without my laptop for the 45 minutes she needed to service it!
