An update on this wonderful boutique winery. Shannon is an excellent hostess, attentive, and customer oriented. The wines are quite good! Petite Pearl a must try.
If you are bypassing this winery, just outside Seaforth, on your way to Lake Huron or Goderich you are missing out!

Another hidden gem. This is a beautiful place with a great selection of wines (quality not quantity). We had a flight of red and white wines and all of them were outstanding.

Also, the charcuterie board had superb varieties even if you are a vegetarian/vegan.

Finally, the live music was enjoyable and the scenery was beautiful.

Highly recommended!

Awesome afternoon drive with a stop at Maelstrom Winery. We had our dog with us and no issues. Actually they brought a bowl of fresh water for her. Great Canadian wine. Nice relaxing visit. Great outdoor seatings.

Very much a hidden gem in the Seaforth area—you wouldn't expect a winery here, but we were so impressed! We had an amazing guided tasting and tour with Brian, one of the owners, who was very knowledgeable and personable. The guided tasting came with a tasty charcuterie board that really complemented the wines. The wines tasted great and the pricing was extremely fair. Some were quite unique. We also enjoyed the live music outside at the end. Thank you again for such a great visit!

Small family owned location and all the wines are from grapes in the property. 3 samples for free, 4 samples are $5. Tours are available however we didn’t partake. Many of the wines we found to be spicy/smoky/intense, so if you like those, Maelstrom is a great stop!

Some of the best Ontario wines I have ever tried. Excellent selection and surprisingly affordable prices. I enjoyed the Vidal and the Blush. All of their wines can be ordered online as well which is great if you don’t live close by. A real gem in southwestern Ontario, and a small family run operation that really knows their stuff.

What a lovely winery on a quiet road!
My wife and I love sitting outside here and enjoying a glass of wine. So peaceful. The wine is tremendous as well!
We also have the best charcuterie board we've ever had here. Can't wait to go back again!
