Came here tonight and had exceptional food from the menu. Had a platter to start which almost filled 4 of us before we had our burgers. The burgers were outstanding with amazing homemade fries. Our server Candice was friendly,helpful and added humor and many smiles. We will be back for sure and will tell friends to stop in as well. Many compliments to the cook and to the cleanliness of the place. See you again!!

Just had a terrific supper with friends late this afternoon. We ordered a platter which was delicious. We all had a burger of different choice but they were all fantastic . Yes do stop here. Our server Candice was beyond efficient offering the daily specials a great smile and wonderful sense of humor and checking in to see how we were doing. A++++ thank you!!

There's a big sign on the front of the building: "TB's Bar & Grill" at the Manitou Hotel, Lunch & Supper Specials Daily. It's kind of a goal of ours to try out the watering hole in every small town we pass. We go through Watrous more or less regularly, on our way to the spa at Manitou Beach, 6 km north, but we never took the time to stop in at TB's until late in 2016, and since then we've been two more times. We had some pretty decent lunches and snacks on our visit. Friends in Saskatoon, who grew up in Watrous, talk fondly of TB's.||The place looks like the owners are making renovations. Each time we visited, the restaurant interior layout was a bit different, new furniture, and new items on the menu. I'm glad to see that in a small town, where businesses have to struggle more than in the city. It shows that the place is popular and that the owners care about their customers.||If I were to sum up TB's in a word, it would be "unpretentious". What you see is what you get. The staff are friendly in a neighbourly sort of way. They are knowledgeable about the menu.||The food is unpretentious, too, while also being somewhat of a departure from typical small town tavern fare. There's the stuff you expect - burgers, chicken fingers, french fries - and there's stuff you don't - a pretty good quesadilla, antojitos.||They carry bottled beer from the major breweries, generic stuff, but when I visit small town taverns I'm happy enough with Labatt's-owned Kokanee (a taste of home for me) and Molson's Belgian Moon. Considering that there's a wonderful craft brewery a couple of towns over, I wonder how long before TB's adds Nokomis products to their draft selection. That would be a real treat, and easier to accomplish after recent changes to Saskatchewan's liquor distribution regulations.||A notable feature of TB's is that to get to the restaurant and bar at back, you pass the hotel lobby (looks like they've spruced that up, too) and a pizza and fried chicken take-out window just inside the front entrance. It smells delicious as soon as you go through the door! There is also a patio in back that looks like it would make a relaxing place to enjoy a quiet beer on a hectic summer day.

We stayed and there was two beds. It was quiet as the bar closed at ten. We got in late. the beds were comfortable but the bathroom was small. Building was old but doing improvements slowly inside the hotel. Really a quaint place.||Would stay again.

The room was lovely and clean. Having the spa pool included was a great bonus. The restaurant has great food and amazing, huge desserts. Would definately stay there again.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wonderful mineral pools. Water from out f the lake and heated for the pools. Hot pools or a warm pool. These waters have given my husband a bit of respite from his arthritis. Doesn’t cure may relieve it for a bit. Heard it does wonders for skin ailments such as psoriasis.

Stopped at the liquor store here for some nightcap supplies. Very friendly and helpful clerk made sure we had everything we needed. I was very impressed with the available selection.

Nothing fancy, but they seem to make you feel welcome. Good chicken wings, several different sauces for them.
