Owner is a nice guy but got ghosted when I messaged him about complaints about a lot of stuff going wrong with my jeep. I get it’s up to the dealership to fix at that point but they haven’t exactly been helpful and when I reached out to the owner for help I never heard back.

I recently bought a new Ram from Jaimie at Manitoulin Chrysler. Living 500km away I had a ton of questions and requests and Jaimie made sure everything was perfect for pick up day!

My husband and I were in the market for a truck that would be our only vehicle and would be used as a daily driver. The truck would also need to be capable of pulling a large 5th wheel trailer and so my husband began searching for suitable vehicles online by going to dealer websites and searching their new inventory. His search began locally but no suitable vehicles were found in stock so he was forced to search dealer inventories in locations further away. He eventually found a suitable vehicle in southern Ontario that was exactly what we were looking for and was discounted significantly. In addition, the dealer quoted us a very good price on the car that we were going to be trading in. We were prepared to drive south to take advantage of this deal but my husband was concerned about servicing the vehicle locally after having bought it elsewhere... so he phoned Manitoulin Chrysler to talk to their service department to see if future servicing would be an issue. The service department was very understanding and assured him that there would be no problem with service locally but they also suggested that he might talk with their sales team to see if there was any chance of getting the truck through a dealer trade. He did, in fact, talk with sales and was assured that they would do all they could to find what we were looking for and that they could match whatever deal he had found online. To make a long story short... Kennedy, Jenna and Wayne went out of their way to put a deal together for us and we took delivery of our beautiful new truck on Dec 07, 2018. Having lived and worked on Manitoulin, we both are very happy that we were able to do business locally. Manitoulin businesses employ Islanders and need support from Island residents. Buying a vehicle here was the best choice we've made in a while. The buying experience was smooth and easy, but the after the fact service has been mind blowing. It's so reassuring to know that our truck is being well taken care of and right here in town. From the first day pickup, to the time "someone" accidentally bumped it into a snow covered bollard to just recently when the tires needed some attention MCL seems able to handle each and every bump in the road.
