Waited 1.5 hrs for another towing company to not show up, and take monies from my roadside assistance .Martens came ASAP, to fix change my tire. I didn’t get the drivers name, but he was super kind, let me sit in the truck while he changed my flat tire. Exceptional service. Finally a company that does the job and is very pleasant while doing it. Highly recommended if you are stranded.

Flat tire on the 401, after contacting multiple companies including my roadside assistance, Martin Carriers came through! They were the fastest to get to me and tow me to my destination just under an hour away. Rachel and Dylan were so wonderful and I very much recommend counting on Martin Carriers when stranded!

We were hit by a driver who failed to stop at stop sign and our vehicle was totalled, Martin showed up and was courteous and the first question was to ask if we were ok? (more than the other driver had the courtesy to do) they were very helpful with procedure following the accident and the staff at the yard were fantastic! I wish we could have met under different circumstances but they are top notch and I highly recommend making them your first call when your in a jam!

Super super kind people took mabey 12 minute to get there were the sweetest to me and my family re-assured us it was ok and not the dumest accident they have seen. looked and assessed the damages and assured it was good and absolutely made all of our day in the bad situation. I broke down on 401 east in Woodstock heading home to Toronto called Martin Carriers Rachael who answered phone was amazing I was towed for a unbeatable price brought to a nearby mechanic which is closed due to being a Sunday Rachael from tow company took it upon herself to refer the mechanic then she personally called the mechanic smith brothers in Woodstock let them know I’m in there parking lot so now the mechanic is gonna take care of me tomorrow meaning Monday without Rachael my son and I would be stranded she recommended a hotel which has a pool and water slide so my 11 year oil son is happy which makes me happy anyways Martin carriers highly recommend them Rachael an amazing and helpful person this place is where you need to call if your in my situation at anytime thank you so much Rachael and Martin carrier inc

My daughter was stranded last night at the side of the 403 during a rain storm in the dark and a construction zone with reduced lanes. Not ideal!
Called Martin’s and from Rachel answering my call to Doug showing up in 30min it was service, service and more service.
Text updates, towed to a safer location, changed the tire and the price was 100% fair.
Highly recommend this team.

I called Martin Carriers when my Classic pickup truck broke down today and right from the moment Ann picked up the phone they were awesome!
Brendan arrived and took great care of my old truck, carefully loading and securing it before driving us back home. He was courteous efficient and had a great sense of humour! My wife and I were just out for a drive in our old truck and it let us down but Martin Carriers really took the sting out of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them should the need ever arise again.

Sometimes they’re busy in the late night and early mornings and it can take a couple hours for them to get back to you but I promise, if you wait they will treat you right and take care of you. They’ll reassure you of any worries and make sure you’re comfortable until everything is taken care of. If I could give 10/5 stars I would. Seriously, if you need a tow, give these guys a chance and call em.
