Save yourself a lot of frustration and go somewhere else.
I hired this law firm to close my property sale. They made numerous errors in the paperwork. I received a quote before retaining them and they charged twice the amount without explanation. They were not open to reducing their rate when questioned and presented with quotes from other firms. In the end they gave payment for my property in the form of check that was not certified. I had to pick it up and take it to the bank myself, then wait a week for access to my funds. They could not explain why the funds were not moved by wire transfer or why the cheque was not certified or why they did not complete the transaction at the bank on my behalf.
This is not my first large transaction but it was the most unprofessional.
