I’ve been with Mcdougall for years for a reason. Yesterday I bought a new car, I called Simone needing an insurance slip to pick it up that day. Do not use this insurance brokerage. Terrible SERVICE and ZERO follow through. Advised the Prescott brokerage of new house purchase in April of 2023 and the renewal just arrived (Feb 2024) with old address and my deceased father listed on the policy. Several calls made to local Prescott brokerage between July 2023 and Feb 2024 and nothing was ever looked into in terms of the coverage inquiry as we had not received confirmation or taken receipt of a new policy with the newly acquired address. The Prescott brokerage manager, Kelly took accountability for the error and acknowledged it was her error and has promised call backs to confirm the problem has been fixed, however, here we are waiting on March 2nd still not knowing 100% if we are insured 11 months later and 6 calls to the brokerage to address it. Inexcusable and completely unacceptable!
