and. i like the environment working there post been 4 years i’m working at that place .

Has some good points. I enjoyed all my sup's very supportive and helpful, but their hands are tied in many ways. Co-workers great. However....
Systems are complete trash. Glitching and Constant issues on seemingly a daily basis. Sales targets and metrics are incredibly high and you're expected to hit them EVERY day or you get a talking to. If you sit in certain codes to finish work for even ONE second to finish work someone is screaming at you in chat to get back online. Sales disappear into the abyss and no one knows why (probably due to awful system they use) and you get talked to for not making targets. Not worth the stress.

I previously worked for them years ago for 4 years on sales & customer service and I applied for a position because I worked with them in the past. But recently they proceeded to let me know I wasn’t permitted to be employed then I got word from someone in the building that one of the Talent Relations girls in the office was calling me an idiot and even used the R word & for a man who has Autism I already contacted Autism Nova Scotia they informed me that is a case of discrimination but I laugh for a company that says they don’t discriminate I even reached out to Anthony Marlowe. So that’s why I gave this a one star if I could give it a half star I would.

It's a great job for the students in the Sydney area which is a small isolated town in Cape Breton region. You will get proper hours here. It's a minimum pay job, no growth opportunities here, I joined here as a call center representative and in two years there is not even single opportunity to get promoted to a supervisor level. It's a stagnant job, minimum pay, great work life balance, management is decent here they won't poke you untill and unless you are not achieving your daily goals. It's a good job for the students but if you want to grow and Excel in your career this is not for you.

If I could give a negative star review I would. I worked here for a few months, and even to start the interview process was extremely disorganized. When you begin working you get a weeks worth of training and all that teaches you to do is to log in. Then you are just left on your own. Their behaviour is completely unethical, you have to fight to get your paystubs and you are lucky if you do, as well as your T4s. You are not allowed to communicate with other departments including HR. If you ever have an issues you need to go to your supervisor and have them go to HR. They will find any reason to write you up, they recently just fired 5 of the brand new hires. All in a row. They change the entire schedule with less than 10 hours notice. It is a completely unprofessional environment. My supervisor once swore at me. You honestly are better off working at McDonald’s before you work here, you’ll make more money.
