My experience was the same as all the other visits. They were very prompt getting me into a room. NP talked with me about how I was doing. I mentioned how my machine was showing a frowned face indicating a leak. She assured me my episodes were normal. I was in and out in no time. Wish all my doctors visits were this efficient.

This place has horrible follow up, been waiting over 3 weeks now for them to book my overnight sleep study. Had to ask for a manager to receive above and beyond customer service for literally a last minute cancellation while I was in the waiting room. They are real quick to collect their copay though, hours before your appointment. I do not recommend this place unless you have time to burn. (THE DOCTORS WERE GREAT!!)

They don't pick up the phone most of the time and when they do, I get hung up on. I have left several messages and they do not call back. Impossible to communicate with them unless you drive to the office.

DeSoto TX office is horrible about returning phone calls. 9 out of 10 times you have to leave a message. 3-4 phone calls before anyone will return my call. Have to make an appointment and pay copay to get CPAP results only to be told you should take sleep medicine. Took 3 weeks to get CPAP prescription.

These guys were horrible and less that professional. It's been over 30 days and I still do not have a unit. Their followup has been non-existent

The doctor is amazing. He's extremely knowledgeable. He has an amazing "bedside manner". He will take his time, listen to you, and make sure you understand everything. The office staff was quick to answer any messages. My overnight sleep study was great. The over night staff was attentive, and knew what they were doing!

The staff has always been very nice and organized. My appointments are usually always with the nurse practitioner I believe. She’s also very sweet but I’ve only been seen by the Dr. a handful of times which I thought was weird. After several years of being diagnosed with Narcolepsy type 1 I still have yet to find the right medication for me.I’ve been switched to 4 different medications within the past couple of years which can be frustrating. That’s 4 too many in my opinion. Despite the setbacks I’m at least happy the doctor was able to diagnose me, and I’ve also considered that I may just have a unique experience with my diagnosis.
