More than a little annoyed that they told me to be there for 12:40 but the office is closed until 1. I came ten minutes early to be polite and now I am ending up waiting 1/2 hour. Unprofessional to not just call my appointment 1:00pm.

BEWARE. If they book your appointment for 12:40 you will wait at least 20+ minutes for your appointment. There is no staff between hours of 12 and 1 as they are all away on lunch. I have no clue why they would tell anyone to show up for 12:40 and have them wait 20+ minutes while there is no staff… seriously need to address this issue.

Excellent. Fast, efficient, friendly. They provided my results within 1 business day for abdominal US (but I wouldn't necessarily expect that). Was able to secure an appointment 4 days after doc sent requisition, compared to 28 days in Ottawa. Worth the drive. Staff professional and courteous and was on time (empty at 8am). Will definitely choose again if required for services.

I needed a few x-rays and according to the Merivale imaging main voicemail it said that their new clinics in Kanata and Limoges had walk in appts and that they was less of a wait time! i was there this thurs and to be honest i walked i was greeted by a very nice receptionist and the technician was very nice as well! they took me in within a few minutes no wait and this will be my new go to place! I highly recommend this gem!

Having to deal with this place is a nightmare. The people are obnoxious and rude, it seems that you’re disturbing them every time. Tried to make an appointment for the Limoges office and they tell me they don’t have any appointments but then they come back and tell me that they only have a certain block of time and when you ask to book anytime they have they tell you that they cannot book you so it is very very frustrating having to work with these people. I finally got hold of the Limoges office totally the opposite very friendly very helpful got my appointment with no problem. Will definitely never go back to the Client office or call there.

The Limoges MMI clinic was very fast to access—no wait time. The drive took me a half an hour but I think I saved a lot of time in being seen right away. The X-Ray technician I met with was very amenable and informative. I would highly recommend this facility.

Excellent facility with timely service and very short wait times. The team is simply awesome! Always courteous, helpful and very professional, the staff is keen to help and provide excellent and exemplary care! Worth the short scenic drive! Well done and thanks again for all your help!
