Amazing company Full of hard-working men and women super serious. I put up on my windows and doors with them and since I spoke to the first person that was the salesman his name is Felipe through the whole process through my installation. Everything was amazing. They work hard and Fast, and very satisfied with their work Thank you so much

1. Screens were not placed on doors.
2. Doors don't properly close. (In photos you can see the light shining through the middle of the doors since there's a gap.)
3. Faulty installation
4. Impossible to get a hold of them
5. Long installation process.
6. Not worth the time or money.

Look closely at the photos.... 1st pic you will see how the bottom of the door is open, while the top is not; we are constantly having to deal with lizards coming inside the house. Screens are constantly falling off and hitting the floor.
This was a horrible job. What sucks is that after paying more than 30k, we can't even get a hold of them to fix their mistake.
If anyone from the company wants to reach out to me (Jason) please feel free to come and fix your work. Maybe I can finally have a lizard free home.

1-THIS COMPANY!!! They promise alot but never deliver. We ordered our windows in and we are still waiting for them to complete the job more then 5 months No one will return our calls - most of the windows are incomplete . and I call and text but get no answer. Months ago they even confirmed a face to face meeting at our home and in windows. Worst experience ever. do not use them.

2-I'm purchase one of their doors that comes with a design. After waiting more than a ireceived a door that is not near than the door I had selected. On the installation day, I asked the seller of the Company why my door didn't have any design he told me "we will install the design ", later that day, I asked the seller what should I expect the design and at that moment he told me that my door didn't have any design, that that was my door. of customer respect. I have messages and pictures to prove that this was not the door I bought. I've been trying to get in contact with the owner of the company and no results whatsoever. I'm not asking nothing that we didn't agreed upon signature of the contract. I'm hoping that I will be contacted and the right correction will be make. Until then, I feel is my responsibility to let everybody know what type of ordeal they can face by dealing with this company.and failure two times inspection…

There are no words to describe how amazing this company is! I contacted Mario with so many doubts on wanting to install new doors and windows in my home but after one conversation with Mario it was only peace I felt!
