Worst experience I have ever been a part of in any customer service. Brought in my computer, told them what I needed exactly. Took them a week to finally order the part. Another 2 weeks go by (5days it took to ship) when I came to pick it up they said Nobody worked on it. I don't mind waiting it's a 20min job. Comes back saying they ordered the wrong part and they can't find what I told them to order in the first place. Wasted 3 weeks for nothing. ZERO STARS

I was very impressed with microcomputer I came in with a problem with my laptop and within 5 minutes they were able to give me an estimate on the cost of the repair. The part was as much as a new laptop so I did not follow through with the repair. I was really happy to understand my options. Very knowledgeable staff.

My computer shat the bed on me and I was quoted over 400 bucks to get it fixed at best buy. Here I got it fixed for under 100 dollars. However, my screen did get damaged in the process. I was then informed that a replacement screen was enroute at zero charge. Thank you guys for the amazing service and ensuring that I leave a happy customer.
