Extremely dishonest and incapable. Took phone in for new screen. After a while they called and said they tried 3 screens and none worked and they tried to itself me on a flex cable that would not be in for 4 days. Told them I needed the phone back. Picked it up and went to Totem Mall. Half an hour later phone has new screen and works great. No Flex anything required. So far they have refused to give me my $56.00 back, but I am going to get it!!

Thought my phone was screwed after submerging it in a river. Took it to micro and they were able to have it dried out and ready the next day! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be taking my phone there again if I ever need it fixed

Micro-Consulting ripped me off. I brought my iPhone for a battery replacement. They put in an incorrect battery which caused my iPhone to not function properly. When I complained about it, they were not willing to return my iPhone to its former state without charging me for it. They were uncooperative and I was forced to call a complaint with VISA. - I won’t ever do business with them again. I am warning others about this fraudulent transaction.

Phone display repair costed more than expected.
But after seeing the quality of the replacement I am happy I went with these guys.

Replaced all glass on the phone to brand new, added a screen protector and had it finished within an hour.

I have had my phone fixed from them multiple times fixed flawlessly and in a timely fashion. i have also purchased computer monitors as well as other items from them in the past and they were always very knowledgeable about what i needed as well as fair priced. I would recommend using them.

Fast and great service. Dropped it off at 9:30am and got the call it was done at 12:15pm, they even cleaned out all my ports as well. Price was worth it. Also a 1 year defect warranty incase the new screen is faulty! Thanks again!

We called in and were told $150 to replace the front screen on a basic Iphone 11. (Based on another reviews that suggested they over charged, we called to double checked before we went in). A couple hours later the service was completed and the bill was $300 (we also purchased a $35 screen protector). When asked why the price was almost doubled they claimed it was the old price, even though we had just called and their signs in store stated $150 for this screen replacement as well.

Broke both the camera glass and the front screen of my Samsung Note Ultra20. The gents there were open about the cost of repairing my model, part shortages and gave me options of what I could do. Decided to get it repaired anyway, and they did a really good job. Phone's back to 100%. Highly recommend
