I called Microdyne about a slow, older laptop about which an I.T. had recommended replacing the cpu with solid state hard drive. Dan did not advise this repair, based on good reasons of a likely security risk, and cost-effectiveness. Instead of making money on a simple repair, he freely advised me, also giving me practical suggestions. I appreciate his honesty and kindness, and recommend his business for that reason.
