Faced with a critical issue this morning regarding Intel NIC issues combined with port issues on my Cisco switch, I contacted Justin to help me troubleshoot this problem. I knew I could rely on his willingness to help in any way possible given complex situations. He immediately responded and between both of us, we solved the issue. He was able to point me in the right direction regarding the latest Intel drivers for that particular specialized NIC, and in the interim, I solved the issue with the switchport. 2 heads are better than one!

I am so fortunate to have a lifeline available via Justin @ Millennium Systems. There is nothing worse than be confronted with a serious IT issue and have no one to turn to for help. I can comfortably speak on behalf of many technicians who have been trapped in a similar predicament somewhere in their career.

I still do business with this company and thank goodness their wise and savvy business practices are allowing them to survive during the Covid threat. Today, Justin went above and beyond any company I have ever dealt with, and believe me, there are many in my long history.

I desperately needed a source purchase document from a NAS device I bought 9 years ago, or the vendor told me they could not even attempt to service the product. In this case, it is a 6 disk NAS configured with RAID 5 so I was never worried about it due to the redundancy factor. BUT, this week, the 3rd disk in the array failed, and when I replaced it, the first disk in the array failed. At that point, I could not see my shares at all.

So in order to have service for this and hopefully recover my data, it all rested on whether or not I could produce an original invoice. Justin had one to me within minutes of my request. The word INCREDIBLE resonates loud and clear in my brain.

These guys continue to deliver quality and timely service to their customer base...time and time again. And that is why they are still in business, no question about it.

If you are not doing business with Millennium Systems yet, I recommend that you give them a try. I am sure you will be will super satisfied.

The management and staff at this business is always world class. I have been doing business with them since their inception in 1992. They strive to deliver top quality products at the lowest possible prices beating even the toughest competitors most of the time. Jason and Justin know how to run a business through both good and harsh economical times. And that should speak volumes to the folks reading this review considering the fact that a lot of high tech businesses did not survive the economical crunch.
