MinuteBox is the best entity management software that I've used. The system is very user-friendly, and has the ability to collaborate and share information easily and securely, which is a huge bonus. I love that the system is constantly evolving and new features are being added. I would undoubtedly recommend MinuteBox for those looking to advance their corporate practice.

We've been using MinuteBox for quite a while now and it has completely revolutionized our global entity management practice. More than anything we are blown away by the level of support we have received from the team, who are extremely responsive and helpful.

We use MinuteBox for advanced entity management across various global jurisdictions. MinuteBox has made it easy for my colleagues and I to collaborate between ourselves but also with external clients.

Our most used features are the organizational charts, which just automatically create themselves and the share capital. We do a lot of unique share capital tracking for all sorts of different entities and the flexibility of the capital system has been really helpful.

MinuteBox is the best legal software I've ever used. It is very intuitive and a fast minute book solution to minute book data recording and document preparation. My old legacy software was clunky and I had developed many awkward "workarounds" to get to usability. MinuteBox solves this. I'm able to focus on the work and not the solution. I'm more productive and am able to increase the amount of work I can do in less time.

Easy to use, Efficient and Relevant!

As a Northern College professor, I am fortunate to have introduced MinuteBox to our Corporate Law students and am using this software in our program. MinuteBox is organized, easy to use and relevant to course content. The fact that it is cloud based makes it easy to access anytime, anywhere. So many aspects of the program include steps that corporate law clerks can expect to use. I look forward to continuing to use this software in the years to come!
