I happened to have a brief business/technical interaction today with an individual from this firm, of which got my curiosity to look the business up on the internet, and was shocked by finding out that they have, on their so-called "At the intersection of passion and experience is the strength of their leadership team" couple of terminated drop out with history of deception and fraud that go back to the days when, in 2017, Hurricane Havey hit the Gulf and moved into Houston and caused major damage.
Their CFO and their Chair of the Board of Directors during their major employment at Trafficware, took major advantage of the situation and cached in big time on selling old used stocks at premium prices to the City of Houston, before they got offloaded by the firm that acquired their employer.
I wish this firm all the luck surviving their bad habits, even though they are in Canada.
