DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Used this service and got stranded in Camrose after being assured a ride home and dispatcher/owner was an absolute douche bag.

Don’t order this cab company, especially at night. I really needed a cab to go home and pick up my spare keys since I locked myself out of my car. He said he’d be there in 10 mins. I was stoked to hear he’d be where I was located at so soon. I was waiting outside in the cold and I called after 14 mins just confirming that he had the right address. He picked up some other people saying that they called a cab too as he left me out in cold. You see the lie is that the cab didn’t even come to my location he literally just picked up other people and left me high and dry. Never again. They also have faulty machines as I still have yet to hear back from the employer since they have double charged my credit card. Never again will I be their fool or paying customer. Down right disingenuous and disrespectful.

They are horrible . Dont use this taxi service. I did a time call and was only 2 mintues late (the time I needed to lock the door and came to taxi because of winters I couldn’t stand out and wait for them) . The owner of the taxi company started complaining about it and I tried to explain him. But he was rude without any reason . He continued with his attitude . I would have never called them in first place if there are more options in Camrose.
The Employees working there have more work ethics then The Owner.

Typically the drivers are amazing until today when I waited over 40min. When I tried to contact the driver I got no response. Not impressed at all!

If you are a driver in Camrose and you see a Mirror Lake Taxi on the road, my only advice is to watch out and keep your eyes glued to them. I have personally witnessed many pieces of "interesting" and "creative" driving by these drivers, but after seeing one completely blow a stop sign and slide across the ice into the middle of the intersection after realizing it wasn't clear, I felt the need to say something. The degree of absolutely reckless driving oozing out of these taxi drivers is shocking and extremely dangerous, especially in winter conditions. Again, if you see one of the taxis on the road, my advice is watch out.

Booked a cab waited for 40 mins and the driver didn’t called or notified he was there . And left without picking me up. It’s disgusting when you use cab for your daily commute. Would not recommend this.
