Friendly and effective service. I had what I thought was a major issue. It was solved in minutes by a very courteous technician. My conclusion they will not rip you off doing unnecessary repairs.

I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max (only a few months old) into Mobile Klinik for a screen replacement mid-August. The repair was completed on time, however, I immediately started having problems the moment I took my phone home; overheating, randomly turning off, the screen turning purple or becoming pixelated, etc. I had none of these prior to bringing my phone in! Additionally, at the time of purchasing the screen, I was told it was an Apple certified screen, however my phone settings began notifying me that it was not legitimate apple screen, and that I wouldn't have full functionality unless replaced with a certified apple screen. After the employee ensuring me they have warranty for these types of issues, I returned to the store to have these problems resolved. Unfortunately, when I went back to the store, I was told that it must've been like that prior to being service and that they must've misinformed me about the type of screen that was being put on.

After contemplating what to do about this issue, asking about trying a different screen, etc, their employee told me they could now provide me with an Apple certified screen but that it would cost me an additional $200-300 from what I had already paid and more labour costs. They informed me my best option was to remove the screen and take my phone to the Apple Store in Halifax. They refunded some of the cost (not the full $440 I originally paid) and I was left with an unusable phone. Upon going to the Apple Store in Halifax a day later, I was told that they won't service phones without screens on them and that due to the damage caused by the prior screen replacement, it would cost more to repair the phone in comparison to buying a new one.

Additionally, Mobile Klinik has now added a sign warning people of these possible problems from their screen replacements, however, it was never there or verbalized to me when I initially dropped my phone off. DONT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE!!

Took in a computer with a screen issue, the guy was honest and told me up front that their wouldn't be a good repair solution. I appreciated the honesty for him to not drag me down an expensive diagnostic path that wouldnt have yeilded any results.

Will be back again if I have any more technical issues!

iPhone had been run over by a truck and a new frame and screen later its good as new. Great service and price was right on the quote beforehand. Would recommend for any phone service if you don't want to pay full OEM for an older model phone. Thanks guys.

Dangerous low quality counterfeit products. Nearly burned down my house. Purchased today.

The people at the store are friendly and kind. Good people. They will repair your phone but I am not sure about the replacement parts. My Samsung phones screen was replaced for more than 200$. It was not an original part. The screen had a much lower refresh rate and the colors weren’t as vivid as before. It felt like lower quality.

Recently brought in my phone because it wasn't charging. They fixed it, had it covered under my manufacturer warranty and it was all done super quick! I can't thank my phone provider for any help but I sure can thank mobile klinik for sorting out my problem with my phone!

Definitely recommend! Got my screen fixed by them today within two hours. I was expecting to dish out a bit of money and having to wait a week at least, but nope! Had enough money left over to get a screen protector and case ? also shout out to Martha for the great customer service despite having a fractured hand. You guys are awesome, again thank you so much!
