I went in to get my phone fixed since it said my Sim card wasn't in it when it was and paid the diagnostic fee but I declined having my charger port cleaned for the additional fee. I paid for the diagnostic fee then I got the speedy phone call saying it's ready for pick up. Great super quick and turns out it was just a loose cord needing to be reconnected. At this point I would have rated a 5 out of 5 i thought it was nice they were honest about it being just a loose cord, only to be told he cleaned the charger port and I need to pay the additional fee. I could have protested and said no but honestly I just didn't want to argue. So I paid and probably won't use this service again

I went in last Saturday to see about getting my Pixel 9 repaired (the back is shattered). The person working was nice and helpful, but told me they didn't have the part and I should call on Monday to ask again. When I called on Monday, the person I spoke to was very rude, said that I would first have to come in and have my phone looked at in person (even though I told them I had literally just done that 2 days before), and then they would have to do a special order. For the special order, I would either have to leave my phone with them, or pay half upfront, even though they couldn't tell me how long it would take. They also quoted me $80 higher than what I was told on Saturday. When I questioned why there were so many discrepancies, I was told to take my business elsewhere, which is the best advice I received. Extremely frustrating experience.

BY FAR my best customer service experience of all time. SLAVA took time out of his busy workday to help restore my broken screen to its fullest potential no questions asked. Later that day, I witnessed him saving several cats from a burning building on his own time (he seems like he would never steal company time). Hail Slava.

Quick and efficient service, Slava was very knowledgeable on the parts and process required to fix my phone. Same day within an hour I left with my phone fully functional.

Ahmad (I think his name was) was super professional and helpful. I called earlier in the day asking about replacing my iPhone charging port. Turns out it was just dirty and wouldn’t charge because of all the dirt. Fixed in less than 15 minutes and only $40 as opposed to the 200+ to replace the whole thing.

He also recommended a product off Amazon that will block the charging port when not in use and keep all the dirt out. Thanks!

Very professional assistance for the repair of my google pixel. The screen was broken and they were able to diagnose and repair in a timely fashion. Slava was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Okay this site store. I always use them. This is the first time I've used this particular one and I am very satisfied with their work and with their service they are pleasant. They are easy to get along with and I'm especially happy with Slava. He went the extra mile. Got my wife's phone working well. David's battery a diet and put a new one in it and had it done when he said he would have it done. Very happy. Very satisfied and we're very happy to recommend to anybody else that's all

I don't like to leave negative reviews but I feel like I should give others a heads up about this. I booked an appointment to have the battery replaced in my Google Pixel. When I arrived I was told they can't help me. Apparently too many people need this done and they just don't have the capacity to do it. Which is fine, I understand if they can't fix it. My problem is, I took the afternoon off work and drove 45 mins to get here. They knew exactly what phone and what issue I was coming in for. All they had to do was call or email me to cancel my appointment, but instead I end up wasting my whole afternoon and I'm no closer to getting my phone fixed. Just be aware, everybody: having an appointment doesn't mean anything.
