Firstly, Got my iPhone repaired under 15 minutes, wonderful job by the technician.

Secondly the customer service is top notch. They have good product knowledge and they gave me all insights.

Lastly, I saved money by switching my current provider, I have more data than ever before and that too for the same price.

They messed up my phone . They said it’s a screen issue which was not they damage my screen halfway when I repaired my phone from another repair mechanic he said the screen is alright it’s just charging point and during they open my phone to fix it they tighten the screw so hard that leave a mark on my screen . Worst service and lack of experience staff

Heads up that some of their phones you buy online can be bricked if you update them. Even though their site says they use aftermarket screens and batteries, some phones will not work after trying to update iOS. Buyer beware. I'm sure some of their devices are just fine.
Also worth noting this is one of the few locations you can return phones to, so it's not convenient for most parts of the city.

My charger stopped working out of the blue, I even tried cleaning it myself many times no luck thinking I’d have to replace it I thought I’d take it in for a better look and they FIXED it turns out I had pushed more dirt into the port 😭 Huge thanks to Prakash saved me a lot of money and time, great customer service as well! Went in for a battery replacement for an iPhone 12 and they put in an old battery that caused performance issues in my phone and also made it restart every 5 minutes of use. I took the phone to another location and they said that the phone was not re-sealed properly and that the motherboard suffered damage during the battery change, effectively rendering the phone useless. In summary, went in for a battery change, ended up losing my phone. Never visit this location — it is better to drive further away to another location where the people will do the work right and not cost you your time (3 days if mine), money and your phone.

Awful customer service. No problem solving skills and absolutely no willingness to try to even think of a solution, or to provide knowledgeable assistance. The guy who helped me seemed like he was as clueless as I was, maybe even more.

I made an appointment online for water damage, and when I went in to the store they seemed to be unaware of the appointment and asked what it was for. I said water damage, and the employee asked me if I wanted the front or the back glass repaired... neither. I want a water damage repair.

I watched him go behind the counter, plug a charger into the phone, wait about 15 seconds and then say "The phone isn't charging so there's nothing we can do". Thanks, I know the phone doesn't charge that's why I wanted to get it fixed. At this point the clerk offered me no advice or information; he simply stared at me blankly until I asked follow-up questions which all lead to 1-word or short answers which really made it feel like he just wanted me to leave.

I guess the only thing they do here is replace glass covers. Hard to really call yourself a mobile repair shop if your diagnosing is essentially just plugging in the phone to see if it will turn on, and if it doesn't you immediately give up without providing any further advice or assistance.

I made an appointment to have my screen replaced. I called the day before and had all in my information and the needed equipment set aside for me. When I arrive the next day there was nothing noted. When I asked if my repairs can be done they told me there was no equipment available. I then made a second appointment the following day and when I arrived 30 minutes later I was told once again there was no equipment available. These people have no idea what they're doing or how to run a company. I'd advise you to be careful taking your electronics here
