DON'T GO HERE TO FIX YOUR NINTENDO SWITCH

If I could give a lower review I would. Not only did they not fix the problem, they made it worse. I came in because my Switch can no longer hold a charge and I wanted it fixed faster then Nintendo would do it. No price matching, fine, I can pay for speed. But when you're slower AND can't fix the problem, this place isn't worth it. Upon return, they dropped my Switch in the store, on the floor and cracked my screen. I ignored it, still paid, took it home, and found that the problem had not been fixed, the battery was dying just as fast AND they messed up both of my controllers. I go back the next day, they tell me they'd fix it all. I came here thinking they were professionals, only for me to Google the problem and tell them to check it out because they wouldn't check if the Switch could HOLD THE CHARGE, the exact problem I went to them for. They have since sent the Switch BACK to their motherboard team twice. To top it all off, the Customer Service is abysmal. They never call back even when they promise to and you can expect long waits just to find out if any progress has been made at all. Most of my updates have been "I don't know ma'am." I can't even go in and pick up my broken Switch from them because they sent it away AGAIN. It has officially been 3 weeks of this constant chasing for anything. Don't waste your time or money here.

Came here to repair my Nintendo switch, google showed that it was open, apparently opens at 10am. When we got there at 10:30- it was pitch black, closed. No sign on the door, no one answering the phone. If you have posted business hours you should honor the hours since customer are coming out of their way to go here.

After seeing the last 1 star review posted recently about another customers experience with a Nintendo switch repair I think I’ll take my business somewhere else, that’s open.

The battery of my phone was dying very fast. They did a diagnostic test for my Google 6 Pro phone and the conclusion was not a hardware problem, but apps running in the background. Very honest, and great service.

Many shops make replacing a phone battery difficult, so difficult, one wonders whether they actually want the business, and simply offer the service to retain their manufacturer Authorized Repair Centre status. They'll hold your phone hostage for a week while they order a battery, then take another 2-3 days to replace it. And they won't offer a loaner phone.

But not Mobile Klinik. Sahil made it easy: no appointment necessary, battery in stock, turnaround time of 60 minutes or less, competitive pricing. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere for your phone battery replacement.

uBreakiFix does exactly what the name says! What a fabulous find!

We woke up to see one of our iPads burst at the seams. It was fine the night before, and I thought perhaps it was dropped by accident (nope). I quickly Googled for the issue, and it appears the battery was swollen.

Since it was out of warranty, I searched for some reputable repair shops. I received two quotes, and both confirmed it was a swollen battery. I decided to get a third quote from uBreakiFix. I have driven by this location many times, but I never thought I would need their services. I spoke to Yash, and he was super friendly and helpful. He also confirmed it was a swollen battery, but unlike the first two quotes, the battery would be an Apple original. Yash did not recommend using a generic battery.

Yash advised that he could order the part, but since it was late afternoon, Friday, he could not guarantee if would come in the next day. The latest would be Monday. I was confident with his service, booked an appointment online, and brought the iPad in. Yash also noted there might be a scratch when they opened up the tablet, since the seams were very close together. I asked him to do his best, and he assured me he would take care of our iPad.

What a surprise when I received a text the next day! The iPad was ready for pick up. We tested it out before leaving, and Yash reminded us the service warranty was good for three months. There have been no issues since.

Thank you uBreakiFix! Even though we didn’t break it, you fixed it!

Parking: There is plenty of free parking spots in the back of this plaza, with two entrances to enter/exit.

Legit place. Real professional service. Gotta battery replaced for my laptop, which was challenging for my model. AMIT was amazing - thank you! He gave personal attention to my unique situation, ensuring the technicians understood my issues and kept me updated throughout. Pro Tip: be as specific as you can about your device’s problems - I wrote them on a post-it note for them - so technicians can test that they’re solved before returning it to you. Also test the device yourself in-store once received. Lastly, many of their services come with a 90 day warranty. Great solution/service & reasonable prices for a complex fix!

I needed to get my iPhone 11 Pro screen repaired after a few "accidents". Even though the back glass was cracked, they still attempted the repair, and successfully delivered my phone back to me the next day. The repair prices were very reasonable, and they have an option of going with an OEM replacement part as well. Would recommend to family or friends.
