My wife's phone screen did not work but we wanted to transfer all info to her new phone. Dhrew was very knowledgeable and helped us more than we even expected. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs help with their phones!

I had the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra replaced at this shop. After just a week of use, I noticed dirt had gotten into the front camera, which was never an issue before the repair. I went back to the shop to address the problem, but they denied any responsibility, insisting it wasn’t their fault. In my opinion, the screen was not properly sealed during the replacement, which allowed dust to enter. Extremely disappointed with both the quality of the repair and the customer service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I am shocked with the excellent service I received today! I came in for a screen repair and battery replacement and they fixed it up in 30 minutes. Not only was the repair done efficiently but it was done fast too! Amazing! Will definitely recommend this spot to others.

Last December I came to these guys cause my phone won't charge. I thought I would need to buy a new phone. But I was reassured it would be a quick fix. In about 5mins they fixed my phone. The guy was super nice and didn't charge me a penny. Solid service. Next time I have a cell phone repair question I'm going back to these guys.

Customer service was extremely good. Today I visited their with the problem of charging issues with my phone. He just took 5-7 minutes and solve the issue without any thinking and the behaviour was also very good.

I visited this location the 2nd week of March for a screen replacement for my son's Samsung A15. Great service, phone looked great. I just had to go back in as the phone was simply dropped on the floor of the car and the screen stopped working, which seemed quite odd to me, as I've dropped my phone there several times without incident. There is no visible damage to the phone, however I was told it needed to be replaced, again, to which I said no thanks, I'll come get it. I'm not sure I trust that the screen needs to be replaced because of a small drop with no visible damage and that it's "something internal", which I'm not clear on what that means. We picked the phone up the same day I dropped it off and it wasn't even put back together properly, I had to snap a corner back in and then the screen half lit up, which it hadn't done before. This phone was in a case, with a screen protector and should be able to withstand a drop to the floor of a vehicle.

Trust the pros with your cellphone. SAMSUNG authorized center. Worth the costs to repair. Restored two flagships, one dropped in 2013 they're new. Don't expect a miracle, however they deliver a high degree of service.

I paid $300 for a screen change, the screen was fixed and everything else is not working, camera is not working at all, speaker volume is very low and even the ringtone is off, and we took it back, they accused us that we dropped the phone!!
Save your money, and don’t try to fix anything in this place, it’s a scam.
