I absolutely do not recommend Mobile Market. Here’s my experience:

I paid $309 to fix my phone screen. They gave me a loaner phone that didn’t make calls, then another that stopped working after a few hours. My phone wasn’t ready the next day as promised, so they gave me a third loaner phone and said my phone was top priority. I eventually got my phone back, paying $367 for phone and a case only to find the screen stopped working that same night.

I requested a refund or repair, and they promised to fix it. But they repeatedly delayed repairs, saying I had to wait for a senior tech, even though they later admitted they could’ve fixed it earlier. I wasn’t able to come on the saturday ( sick baby, then Christmas holidays closed) which I would call her and explain why I wasn’t in and would ask when the next best time to get the repair done was. We never lost contact and continued to make plans to have this phone repaired. Meanwhile, my phone screen cracked again. I asked them to honor the original repair since the screen had never worked properly. They refused and tried to charge me another $180.

When I expressed my frustration, they became hostile. Another customer overheard and seemed unsurprised. Eventually, they called the cops ( I was there with my 1.5 year old daughter) falsely accusing me of being violent and breaking things—which was completely untrue. The police apologized for the situation as they realized this was a false
Accusation and even suggested small claims court.

This place has terrible service, false accusations, and no accountability. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Checking reviews online, it’s clear I’m not alone in having a bad experience.

Put yourself in my shoes. I’ve owned this iPhone 12 mini for 4 years and because it’s in great shape and had zero issues with it I decide to replace the battery instead of upgrading. So I do that at Mobile Market in Coopers. The next day (and the first time since the battery replacement) I go to take a picture and the camera is making noises and the lens is zooming in and out uncontrollably. Coincidence? I don’t buy that. So not only did I get to pay for a battery I got to replace the camera too which I think should have been on the business to do. They explained replacing the battery doesn’t involve touching the camera. All I know is it didn’t work less than 24 hours after taking it there and it worked fine for 4 years prior. Also, the phone was functioned tested at their shop prior to replacing the battery and we both witnessed the camera working before leaving it. The phone was not function tested when I got it back. Albeit, they were nice about it they should have taken a small loss and ate the camera replacement in my opinion.

Reading the negative reviews about screen replacement ensures we are not the only ones complaining. In August, my son paid over $500.00 for his S23 screen; they brought him two wrong ones before they put in a new one- three months into it, the screen is frozen and doesn't work. We went in person, and the lady took the phone, saying there was no commitment to repairing it, condensing my son that it was perhaps his fault and that they would call us this past weekend. To this date, they still have the phone, and there is no news from them- needless to say, they do not care for customers or if this goes legal here- Be transparent with customers if you can't replace the screen correctly and more importantly,,, BACK up your work, do not rip people's money. My son is 22 years old, for the record, and he does take care of his phone. And no need to accuse him of doing something to get away with it- Dec 5th 2024

We recently purchased a refurbished iPhone12 for $400 from this establishment, at the time of purchase the owner advised us that she would replace the screen for free the first time.
Well my daughter dropped her phone one time and the screen didn’t even break, just turned red.
We took it back in sure enough the screen needed to be replaced, and sure enough she charged us for it.

To add to it we could’ve went to the store in wal mart and paid $110 instead of $140 for an aftermarket screen.

Will NOT be going back here again….. learn from our mistake and do the same.

I brought in my son’s iPad for a screen repair. They were so patient, even letting him ask questions about the process. Fast, friendly, and very accommodating. I’ll be bringing all our family devices here!

Please don’t go here. Long story short, replaced my iPhone screen, later that same day started having issues with the screen. Went in to ask questions and possibly get it replaced. The problem was fixable but nothing I had ever experienced with any other replacements for iPhone screens from other stores in the past. Kiosks at the mall had done a better job. The lady was condescending and the customer service was abysmal. My iPhone still reads as “display not recognized by apple.”
