Working for Mobilize changed my life. I joined with my boyfriend back in 2015. The head quarters is staffed with great people that are always willing to help you out when you need it.
Before joining Mobilize I was 20 years old living at home and not exactly sure how to be independent. I made a split decision to join mobilize and haven't looked back. If anything, I regret not staying for the extra placements.
I lived in three very different and very beautiful places in BC where I met some wonderful life long friends. I had some amazing experiences because of Mobilize. I went horse back riding in the Rockies mountains and I swam in a natural hot spring under the beautiful night sky.
If you're considering mobilize from your next adventure I highly recommend it.

I joined Mobilize in May 2016, and was told they were sending me to Niagara On The Lake Ontario to work for Vintage Hotels. This was an amazing exciting opportunity for me, not just because i was able to move to a different province, but also to be sent to one of Canada's most beautiful locations!

I paid for the relevant training which was inexpensive to me, as what you get with Mobilize saves you a lot of money. Mobilize not only set you up with a job, they set you up with accommodation and it is FREE and if you are lucky enough to work somewhere that provides a staff meal, you are also saving money on groceries! What more could you ask for?!

Mobilize gave me an amazing opportunity, I loved every minute of my experience. They set me up with a job in housekeeping-granted it wasn't the most glamorous job and was very difficult and tiring in the summer, I also managed to pick up some banquet serving shifts as I made myself known in the hotel and available as a hard worker!

My placement with Mobilize was meant to be from May-Oct but I had to finish a month early due to other commitments, but I would have loved to be able to see it through to the end. I am still living in the amazing Niagara On The Lake and working for another local hotel in hospitality.

I thank Mobilize for giving me this opportunity, if it wasn't for them I would never be in the position I am in right now, I had never worked in hospitality before and are now looking into studying a hospitality and management course at a local college so I can expand with my skills!

I recommend Mobilize jobs to anybody who wants to move across the country, meet new people and have an amazing experience! The minimal $150 for the training is worth every penny!

I started working with Mobilize in November of 2017. It was such an amazing experience that sent me to Kananaskis, Alberta.
With this program you receive free housing and luckily for me was less than 5 minutes away from an amazing ski hill (which for a snowboarded being in the rockies was everything!)

The staff at Mobilize is amazing and always helped me along the way. Even when if I was just sick they would always check in to make sure I was doing alright. I rave about my experience to everyone and think everyone should participate in this program not only to meet great people and establish connects but also to travel and discover more about this beautiful country.
I was fortunate that the Mobilize staff allowed me the opportunity to provide them with some advertisement photos and expand my photography portfolio. It made me so happy to show people what Mobilize has to offer.

Being able to travel, work, and explore was such an amazing adventure and I cannot wait to continue with it! Honestly the best 6 months I’ve ever experienced and I would not change a thing about it. This program gave me lasting friends and amazing memories I will cherish forever!

i have nothing but positive things to say about mobilize. i worked with them about 5 years ago, i was extremely sceptical because it seemed too good to be true. i went out of my comfort zone at a young age and moved alone to a place i had never been before and lived/worked with people from across canada (even some from out of canada) i’m bringing it up 5 years later for the fact that i can say the people i met in my experience are still some of my bestfriends, even with the distance. we’re a family now and forever.

the job placement we had was amazing. when my placement with mobilize was over, the hotel i worked for offered me (and a friend i met through the placement) a full time job if we were willing to stay. i was placed in valemount at best western and i can’t think of anything negative to say about it. i eventually went back home but i still keep in touch with the staff and management there years later. the happiest i’ve ever been was when i was working with mobilize and i would strongly encourage working with them. i don’t know how different it may be now but from what i know it’s an incredible experience and you meet the most amazing people along the way. it’s not too good to be true.

Mobilize is a great program for people who want to earn, learn and explore Canada. You get to travel this beautiful country and explore different cultures while meeting new people, gaining valuable work experience, building a strong network in the hospitality and tourism industry and get full time work! And the housing is free! If you have an itch to travel, have an adventurous side, looking for a change, looking for work or dont know what you are looking for then Mobilize can help any of this! I was deployed in October of 2017 to a rural village in Manitoba. I met some amazing people and life long friends. I now work in the head office as the program recruiter. Mobilize helped me get on the path to a secure and full future. So much 💝

Mobilize Jobs changed my life, literally. I grew up in a small town on the east coast with very little opportunities or chances to grow and through them I was able to travel to the beautiful mountains of BC where I learned housekeeping skills, serving skills and then bartending skills. It really gave me a chance to beef up my resume while providing me with the life changing opportunity to travel and meet amazing people. The staff and placements agents are lovely people who are always there to sort out any bumps in the road you may have and they really take care of their staff. I highly recommend working with them, and actually recommend them to every single person I come in contact with that expresses even a little interest in working and traveling in Canada.

These people gave me a safe and affordable way to travel across the country and experience things that I otherwise wouldn't have.
They find you a job and provide free housing. the transportation around the location is generally provided or not needed and so the only real expense is your food. Which is actually great because trying any new food you come across is part of the adventure. Some of the people I met out there will be life long friends.
I saved a lot of money while I was out there, although I wasn't partying everynight, I did go horseback riding in the Rockies and paddle boarded down a river between two mountain ranges among many other adventures.
Mobilize was a great experience. I made more money than I needed and had some incredible experiences that I wouldn't trade for anything!

I joined mobilize may 2016! I did two placements with them. One in jacksons point, Ontario and another in fort mcmurray, Alberta. The only reason I stopped was due to a family emergency. They have a wide variety of places. You may end up somewhere you don't want to go, but it's always what you make of it. It's all about adventure. Research research research and get out and do stuff! This program is all about adventurers! Always have an open mind and you'll always have a great time! I met so many great people out of this experience whom I still keep in contact with! They are very busy with this newer company so don't expect them to bow down to your every need. They will try their best to get back to you as soon as possible
but don't think: treat them like your parents, they have a lot to do! You are here to learn, grow, experience and adventure so do so! I definitely reccommend this experience to anyone willing to be open and positive !!
