I left a major carrier fiber network to switch to locally owned and operated. Since I have made the switch I have experienced intermittent to long term outages and MOPC puts the responsibility on the provider however they manage the lines. This disjointed model leads the customer up a creek when the outage ultimately occurs after normal business hours. To top it off, when a tech was sent it was unannounced when I wasn’t home then an appointment was made only to have them fail to show. Problem with line is now two months old and not addressed. I would highly recommend my provider but will not recommend MOPC fibre to anyone.
