What a RIPPOFF...People who say they are going to start counting and labelling bags and boxes with the amounts contained written on them...don't bother...we have been doing that for years and this Saturday (April 19, 2025) I took my returns, all counted in bags, boxes and milk crates and the amounts contained written on them in black felt marker, I had a list and handed it to the guy when I got there...he counted some bags and a couple of milk crates which is fine and he just punched in the totals for others without counting them...in the end we should have received $121.25 and he gave me $116.50... I confronted him when he told me the total and he said he punched in the list as I gave it to him and there is nothing to be done...he didn't punch in the list as I gave it to him...if they can make $4.75 from myself and I am sure I am not the only one...that is quite the deal for them...I have dealt with this bottle depot for years before they moved from downtown Morinville and never had an issue... this is the first trip I have made to the new location and and am not impressed...St. Albert has very good bottle depots I dealt with for years when we lived in St. Albert and they are honest and are not that far away...maybe time to go back.

Have been here many times, but this last trip, we felt ripped off. Both my partner and I agreed that our return seemed low for the amount of bottles brought in…. I will be counting/labelling my bottle bags going forward…

Good place to go to return bottles/cans. Usually never have to wait more than 5 minutes and staff are friendly/

The employees sorting my bottles were great, however the older supervisor was an absolute joke. There's no signage to indicate where to park and he was trying to direct people rudely to the point where people almost backed into one another. I had never been to this bottle depot and instead of a friendly welcome and please park over here it was an "you're in the wrong spot! Did someone tell you to park there! Move!". I almost left due to the awful customer service. Those sorting were friendly and nice , only reason I gave them 2 stars. 1 star per sorter. I'd recommend st albert if you want a nicer experience from a bottle depot. So disappointed in regards to this morinville location.

Most of the staff here are younger people but they all have great attitudes , they are accurate and fair and in my opinion I feel you get what is owed to you. I have unfortunately been to places where I am positive they miscounted.
