We have thoroughly appreciated Ashley's amazing customer service. Both my husband and I were interested in changing our cell phone plan to one that allowed full uninterrupted cellular service in the US when we travel to visit family (without having to pay an outrageous daily roaming fee or without having to put our phones in airplane mode and solely rely on WiFi).
Ashley was able to quickly point us in the right direction and identified an incredible plan that exceeded our expectations, for a monthly price that was much lower than any other provider has ever offered us. She is efficient, personable, patient and very knowledgeable. And she helped us to seamlessly transition to Mornington.

We recently upgraded two iPhones and added a third to a new promo plan with Mornington. I visited the Wellesley store and was very appreciative of Ashley’s guidance and customer support (and good humour!) helping us get everything set up. Ashley was inundated with customer intake over multiple days, all on her own, yet still managed to be patient, diligent and helpful with every customer who came into the store. She definitely needed another customer service rep alongside her to help her out! We are pleased with the transition to the new devices and data plan and especially thankful for Ashley’s hard-work, service and support.

Worked with Ashley at the Wellesley store today to move our cell phones over from another provided. Ashley was exceptional working with our current carrier and moving to Mornington. She even troubleshooted an issue we were having with ESIM vs traditional SIM. thanks Ashley for making the transition easy

Ashley is the best! Amazing customer service. After switching our provider to Mornington, Ashley called us to suggest a better less expensive plan when it became available.
