Don’t buy a vehicle from any of the Maserati Winnipeg or any of the Norris group of companies. Bought a truck and had to go back twice for a few things. Complete waste of my time because they didn’t have all these things done on the vehicle I had to drive from out of the city and the other shop I was supposed to head too didn’t even know I was coming so now I have to come back again. Just completely waste of time and bullshit. Go somewhere where you’ll get the service and the vehicle proper right then and there.

Purchased from Maserati Winnipeg one of there dealers, had a awful experience. Pushy condescending staff. I had to chase them through the hole ordeal. Purchased a used car had the check engine light come on 22km if the lot. Had a serious engine code, and was told that they saw no code and nothings wrong with the car, after my sales rep told me they acknowledged the code and it had to do with oil viscosity. But the sales manager told me they found nothing. Also received a text from my sales rep saying someone was going to drive my car home, when I called to say this is not ok, they denied all claims. This dealer puts the stealer in stealership, just horrible customer service.

Stay away from this place they don’t do proper safeties!! They work for Maserati and scam people. I got a car that had a “safety “ took it to a third party they found a list of safety issues!! Don’t buy from Maserati or don’t get work done from this place they will scam you!!
