Lara, Katie and the rest of the Mountainscape Team brought our wedding-day dreams to life. From the time we began working with Lara, she did an incredible job at supporting and listening to us in every aspect of the process. There were little things that I hadn't even thought to consider in coordinating a destination wedding (like how to get little detail items there that were too big to pack!), but the Mountainscape team somehow made the whole thing go on without a hitch.

So many times during the months leading up to the wedding, people asked if we were stressed or if there was a ton still left to do and my answer was always along the lines of "no, why would I be stressed? Our wedding planner and decor team have it handled!" We gave input on the overall look and feel, but otherwise trusted Lara and Katie completely and they didn't disappoint.

The best part was that day-of I was able to just show up and relax because I knew Lara had everything handled and would make sure everyone was where they needed to be on-time. I didn't look at my phone or watch once from 5am onward during our wedding day and, sure enough, Lara somehow managed to ensure the whole thing went seamlessly.

In terms of the decor and florals at our wedding -- stunning! We asked that the event have a candlelit, romantic vibe that played up the elegance of the space and Katie and her team DELIVERED and did a great job working with us based on our budget. Multiple guests commented on the texture of the napkins (a soft velour) and how beautiful the chairs were, two decisions largely guided by Katie's suggestions. It's really the little things that made such a big difference in the overall feel of the evening.

At the end of the day, there was literally nothing I would go back and change, which is the absolute best feeling. For anyone looking to get married or plan an event in Banff, I can't recommend Mountainscape highly enough!

We recently worked with Naomi and her team at Mountainscape to host a meeting of medical experts at the Banff Springs Hotel. We wanted to create a laid-back atmosphere for our attendees as opposed to the typical, stodgy u-shaped table. Mountainscape had just the furniture and appointments we needed, did the installation within a tight time-frame and, voila, we had a rich and comfortable lounge-like setting. The meeting was a great success - in part, thanks to Mountainscape. We will definitely look to Mountainscape for future events.
