Mr. Steve Leamon was wonderful with us, explaining with patience everything that happened to the heating system in our basement. English is not our first language so some terms are always difficult to understand, but Steve explained everything very clear and of course he got the job done and fixed our problem. We are very looking forward to keep hiring his services. God bless!

$450.00 dollars to replace a Baseboard heater wall thermostat. Now that's what I call "Shocking" $200.00 dollars just to show up to the house, 5 minutes to diagnose the problems, 90 minutes to go purchase the new wall stat, Home Depot only 15 minutes from house, 30 minutes to replace old stat with new. Actual time on the job at the house, less than an hour. Average cost of Wall Thermostat, $18 to $35 dollars. This is a perfect example of "Taking advantage of the elderly" Disgraceful, business ethic. Repeat Business? Never again.

I was given an appointment very quickly to relocate the plug-in for my oven. Ed and Jeremy were professional, quick, and a great help. They broke down for me everything they were doing and the cost of everything which I found to be reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and I will be using Mr. Electric again

Ed Budgell came out Monday at 3:30 and diagnosed a faulty neutral wire as the cause of flickering lights, devices turning off, lights dimming when the microwave was on, and other odd behaviour.

Ed walked me through the issues with the wiring, the corrosion on the lugs in the panel and meter base, and recommend replacing the panel, meter base, and main wires coming into the meter base and panel. Gave me 2 quotes - one for replacing the 150 amp panel as is, and one for upgrading to a 200 amp panel. Went with the 150 amp panel.

The work was completed the next day. Ed showed up at 8:30 AM and didn’t leave until 6:30 PM, until everything was working. Ed came back Friday afternoon a 1 PM to finish up the detailed work, including securing the mast with extra clamps, adding wire ties, hooking up the doorbell, labeling the panel, etc.

Ed did a fantastic job. It was clear he took pride in his work, and was very friendly. Ed showed up on time, and was wonderful to deal with.

The price was a bit high, but in an emergency situation, I’m very happy with the quality of the work, and the whole experience. Can’t recommend Ed highly enough

Excellent experience with Scott Furlong and the company Mr. Electric. Communication and follow-through was exceptional. Scott was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Cost for service was higher than expected but that was because I didn’t ask what their rates were. However, once I knew what the service call fee was, the cost for the specific work done was more than reasonable.

I was so pleased with Scott’s work and demeanour that I immediately asked for a quote on a much larger item. The quite was provided the same day and very detailed.

I’ll definitively hire Mr. Electric again.
