I had my first experience today with MS Wireless. They are absolutely wonderful. When I was told by other phone repair places that there was no solution for my issue with my phone other than getting a new phone they gladly took the time to investigate problem, and it turns out that I did not have to at all replace my phone and they did this on their own time insisting no charge. I highly recommend their services and will be going back in the future with any issues or questions I may have.

I had an iPhone issue so i went to Jump+ and they told me they couldn't help, but i could try Mobile Klinik and they said they couldn't help, but i could try Mswireless - problem solved !

Great experience today! I got my iPhone 11 Pro Display replaced after mine completely died (I had dead pixels, the screen was flickering before it ultimately died). New display looks great and the service was prompt - dropped the phone off at 1PM and was told it would be ready in 2hours. Would recommend.

The repair? He did a good job. The home button doesn't respond when the phone is inactive however I think this may be something I can change in the settings.

The experience? Painful. I left with a migraine.

I contacted them 2 weeks before bringing it in to inquire about repair, pricing, and how long it would take.

He gave me a price and told me it would take 2 hours. Amazing! I asked if they had my screen in stock and how long it might take to order it in if they didn't have. He wasn't sure if they had it in stock but told me it isn't an issue as they can easily get it within the same day.

Once I decided I wanted to use their services, I called back and told them and confirmed they had the screen as well so I wouldn't have to be bouncing around like an idiot when things can function smoothly. I live a very busy life and do my best to have things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Why contribute to an already extremely chaotic, ugly and disorganized world? Why not try to be better?

I told him when I would be coming in and was true to my word. I expected to come in, drop my phone and pay.

I came in and waited my turn all to be told they don't have the screen in stock.
I told him I confirmed this with them before I came in and asked what happened to it?

He replied telling me to hold on and that he'd try to find one.
More time passes..... a dozen "just a minute" 's turn into a half hour later....

The manager comes out. He was the one I had spoken with over the phone the 2 times I called in. He tells me someone else came in needing the same screen and he gave it to them. Also, that I need to get the back changed as well but he can do it for much cheaper and that if it's below a certain price, he'll even waive it.

It was frustrating but I told him..... why not just communicate that with me then? I told you when I'd be in.... you knew I was coming in..... why not just call me and tell me it won't be available until tomorrow and save me the hassle and my time and gas?

He apologizes and tells me he'll get it. To be back at 5:30 (it was 3). Frustrated but grateful I thanked him, paid him, and confirmed 5:30. Now it changed to 5:30/5:45.

Ok. Cool. I'll come back for 5:45.....

I drove back home and got some things done until I noticed it was getting closer to the time. I checked their hours of operation to see if I should maybe even go a little later and it said 6 so I actually hurried out the door to make it on time.

I get there and he had only just started....... 10-15 minutes he tells me.

**WARNING**!!**

1 minute = 10 minutes to these people!! Do NOT believe them if they tell you to hang on quick!! I felt like I was stuck in a time warp!!!

I got there on time a quarter to 6.... his employee didn't finish until 6:30.....

.... and still charged me the extra for the back. After everything. I told him if it were under that certain price they would've waived it for me.... can it not at least be discounted to what they would've waived? (especially after having to deal with this nonsense!?)...nope.

I paid him and began leaving while expressing how brutal the experience was... and he stopped me telling me to take the extra back and that he'd cover it.

Smh, no. Just no.

I'm not taking this employees wages after he stayed overtime bc of the mistake of the manager.

Communication is key.
I appreciate you trying to make it work. You shouldn't have sold the screen you promised to me but you did and while I see you tried, you also left me out in deciding what might work out best for me. I had to go home and come back anyhow.... I would've rather just waited until the following day.

The only difference is that I had to sit in your store waiting for over an hour twiddling my thumbs and staring at a wall in frustration.

Apparently they give screen protectors to customers getting a new screen as well but not for me! Of course they didn't have it in stock. Never again. The only way I'd be coming back here is for the warranty if something goes wrong.

As you can see 4.9 out of 5 reviews. It's 100% fact. I had my A50 repaired today and it is working great. I was told by couple of other repair places that my phone not repairable. Guri was able to fix it. Garry, the owner is super guy and he makes sure every customer is fully satisfied with their products repair or sales ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
