Last night I called Murray's taxi and within 3 minutes they had already arrived to pick me up. The driver was very friendly and the ride was pleasant. I've used their service 3 times this month and every time the wait has been less than 10 minutes and the conversations enjoyable. I think the company is doing a great job. Keep up the good work!

I've been taking this taxi for a while and up until a week ago I was only being charged $12 now all of a sudden it's $15. He tried to explain that it's always been that price but it states on my bank account I was charged 12$ each time up until today and the driver tried charging me $15. I understand gas prices aren't cheap but how is it that the last 3 years I've been using this taxi company it's always been 12$ now out of nowhere it's $15. I always appreciate their fast pace to arrive so I'm not waiting 30 mins in the cold but 15$ is too much.

I didn't wanna make a review till I've had a couple months of experience with the new taxi service good and bad, my experience at first was amazing great ppl amazing service clean car on time n everything but so far it hasn't been as good for me n the last 2 months. There's been times when trying 2 get a ride and being hung up by the taxi service or givin a time n waiting more then what the time they gave us. But my main issue is ur prices are confusing n not good for this town, how can my ride turn from $10 to $15 all the way to $20 in that one single day! That sir is called being taken advantage of. The old murrarys price rates were under the price of $12 but for you to charge me $15 n then $20 for the same ride same adress in that one day is jus horrible shame on u guys fr !

Was absolutely delighted that this growing town FINALLY has a reliable drive to and from home when needed. Took Murray’s to and from home last weekend. Both times they said ten minutes and were there within 8!! They were reliable, pleasant and open all hours. Exactly what Arnprior has been missing!! Thanks for the amazing service 👏

After finding out murray's was under new management, I finally got a chance to use their service. I called for a taxi at 02:45am and was advised of a 25-35 minute wait time. My driver had sent me a text about 10 minutes later stating he'd be there in about 4 minutes. The driver was very friendly, very efficient, and very personable. After such great service I'm happy to recommend their services to friends and family, I will definitely be happy to use their services again. Thank you for the comfortable ride and getting me home safely.
