Laurel and Garry Price went over and above for us when we listed and sold our cottage. Laurel clearly explained all the forms and paperwork.They lent us a trailer for dump runs and helped search and identify our property boundary pegs so we didn’t have to have a new survey done. There were many surprise ups and downs during the selling and closing process, with all situations handled by them professionally and proficiently.

Laurel and Garry are awesome - professionally and personally.

They acted for us both on the purchase of a cottage in Kagawong and subsequent to that on the sale of a property that we had owned for almost a decade at the west end of the Island.

They were great on both ends, but on the sale they went way above and beyond, helping us do some repairs that needed to be made; linking us up with a water treatment company; and helping us move items prior to closing.

They're ethical, extremely hard working, and just all-around lovely folks.

I bought my first home in 2013 with Laurel and when I was ready to sell and move in 2020 she was the first call I made. Not only was she very perceptive in terms of what I needed and was looking for, she was an enormous advocate for me when I was having issues with my mortgage company. After my closing I had a problem with the new bathroom and Gary and Laurel came over after hours to help me sort it. Their genuine concern for their clients goes well beyond a losing date. I hope I never decide to move again since they relocated because I can't imagine going through and buying/selling process without them.
