Today I had a printer connection issue.
I did the usual turn off and on reboot thing unfortunately that didnt work. I then turned to MYDWARE and assumed it would take a couple hours for a resolution. I was contacted within 5 minutes and they jumped on my laptop.
I was up and running within 10 minutes.
