My go to spot for parts. 5 start customer service and knowledgeable staff. They stock a large inventory and strive to get you the parts as quick as possible if they don’t have it.

Provided me with wrong sized brake pads when I was under a serious time crunch and made me drive another hour out of my way to get them.
Another time, used "store policy" as an excuse to prevent not get help parts to me when I was immobilized.
I'm looking for a supplier that can provide customer service rather then excuses.

Highly disappointed from todays visit.
I’d give 0 stars if possible.
Our company spends hundreds of thousands yearly with USG. Today, Ian wouldn’t give me the time of day to look up a simple relay harness when I was the only customer standing in the store.

I ended up driving to Gananoque location, I picked up parts only to find out parts were readily Available in Prescott.

10:20am Saturday morning, Open sign not on, hours not visibly posted. When I opened the front door to inquire if they were open was told "Yes". No one got up to turn the Open sign on. When I asked if they carried valve springs I got a look like I had invented the idea. After a two minute search of their computer was told they don't carry them. Left after 5 minutes, Open sign still off. This is a great way to make a potential customer feel unwelcome and to discourage someone from ever returning.
