Great service. Once I gave up on figuring out my computer issue on my own, I brought my pc into National. They were able to diagnose the problem component very quickly, and verified there were no other problems with other components. I will 100% trust them with any other computer issues we have.

Very helpful and friendly staff… I had few turns in the area to have a normal HP charger and not the universal one and couldn’t get it at all; then visited this place and the staff were awesome and was assisted to finally get the item I was looking for!

Great service. My laptop wasn’t connecting to the wifi. No matter what I tried. They had it fixed quickly and cost effectively. Highly recommend Computer Resource. They are knowledgeable and really personable (I don’t know tech and they were so nice about it, then they could turn to the next customer and have an in-depth tech conversation).

Referred to NCR from Ken @ Next Generation Computers as they no longer handle retail clients. Zane took extra care to confirm all the components I brought in and had it ready to roll within a week. Everything was seamless and professionally tied in. A week later, I was having some screen lock issues and Zane said to leave it with him for some bench tests - no charge. Looks like a motherboard bios update was the culprit and Zane installed a different version and all is well! Good Job guys!
