Whoever answered my phone call was the least empathetic person I’ve ever met at a vet office. I explained how my animal was seen by another clinic and was leading towards end of life care but I wanted a second opinion just to make sure that diagnosis was correct. I was told, very coldly, that they aren’t taking new patients and they don’t do second opinions. Desperate, I let her know that my animal had been seen at their office in the past so she isn’t a new patient. I feel like she just wanted to say no because she replied “well we haven’t seen her since ‘23 so no I don’t think we can see her”. Like I said, empathy would be nice.

10/10 Ann is a great veterinarian, she has always treated my animals with kindness and respect, I trusted her 100% she always had the animals best interest in mind. I will definitely take my future animals to Ann.

We have been using this vet clinic for over 10 years now and have always been treated with respect and care. Our animals are well looked after and healthy and prices for service is fair. When my dog got sick and had to be sedated for treatment staff was extremely comforting and made me feel at ease. I am very grateful for the staff of this clinic and I ALWAYS recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable vet clinic.

Dr Levesque and staff have always been kind and caring to all the pets we have taken there. Very professional and friendly. I even received a condolences card recently due to my hedgehog passing. They do not deal with exotic pets but were kind enough to help me in my situation with my Pepper. Hands down the best vet and staff in Lambton County!!!

Horrible vet.... had my dog for 2 weeks... charged me 1000 on visits to send me home with a dog that passed away 6 minutes from coming into the house. No explanations nothing just a bill of 750 to return him to me in a urn!!! Do not recommend this place at all

I have been using this vet for years. They were wonderful helping me when my cat became diabetic and were great when I had to go through the horrible decision of having him put down years later. I take my new cats there now.

From walking in to walking out this was a terrific experience. I wasn’t even the friendliest when I walked in and they handled me very well. Also, this was the first vet of 3 in my 11 year old dachshund’s life when he actually ate the treats the vet offered.
