Great library! They have a huge kids area downstairs with nice clean bathrooms and lots to do! We enjoyed a drumming circle / story telling and some colouring. The adult areas have lots of seating, a good selection and lovely staff. I’d love to have this as my local library. Their library of things includes board games, juicers, food dehydrators and more!

This place does not feel like a library but more like a fish market. People are not considerate or maintain silence as it should be. I hope the staff puts more emphasis on maintaining a library a quiet space.

Quiet place to study, read, complete job application or just perform research... has a printer too and staff are super friendly and helpful!

Has desk space for personal laptop or use one of the many desktops available at the library as well.

I have never had a bad experience at this library. The staff are always friendly; they are knowledgeable and friendly. Considering the size of Nelson, it is difficult to see how it can be much improved.

Calm, serene atmosphere. Lot of new books and comfortable reading areas. Digital books are also available in abundance.

Excellent children’s section quietly located on the lower level.
And there is an elevator to get you into the basement!
